If you ever wanted a futuristic LED table lamp, look no further than this one from Brighttech. It is about 15 inches tall and 14 inches wide (larger than it looks in the pictures!) and provides a warm white ambience (3000 Kelvin) to any setting it is used in.
Plug it in with the included six foot power cord and you’re good to go. This lamp doesn’t rely on batteries that would make it an annoyance to keep running. If saving on your energy bill is your goal then you will be pleased to find out that this LED desk light barely uses any power.
On standby, it will use about .3 watts, while on low it will take about 2.5 watts, medium 6 watts, and on the highest brightness, 12 watts.
Getting into the details of this LED table lamp
With 1300 lumens of power, it is plenty bright to illuminate a bedroom. The omnidirectional design provides plenty of light in an “even” manner for all angles. It’s honestly a little surprising, I thought it would just make a spot on the wall.
Another plus for this sci fi table lamp is that it is ready to go out of the box. It sounds kind of silly, but some products do come with a deceptive amount of assembly required. This one however, is a standard lamp as advertised that is ready to start lighting up your room almost as fast as you can unpack it.
The three lighting settings are an essential feature for any desk lamp. You can use it for background lighting or adjust it for an activity that requires more light. I wouldn’t consider an LED table lamp that I couldn’t adjust.
I think it would be hard to go wrong with this LED table light from Brighttech. Especially if you’re looking for a cool, modern light to add to your room. Being 15 inches tall and 14 inches wide, it has a large yet slender profile that allows it to be used in a variety of situations.
Whether that’s on a shelf or a desk, you won’t have a problem getting it to fit on there. The power cord is six feet long which is plenty for most applications. If you need a longer power cord you may want to consider a different lamp, or even look at a battery powered one.
Assembly is a non issue. As mentioned above, when you’re buying a desk lamp you don’t want a complicated, fragile one that you have to build. This one is almost ready to go right out of the box.
As a whole, it’s just a great light and conversation piece
And perhaps the most important aspect of it: the amount of light it puts out is no joke. You won’t be struggling to see with the whopping 1300 lumen output. Perfect for any activity you might need some extra light for, or just providing a brighter atmosphere in your home.
Overall, I think you’ll be very pleased with this LED table lamp. It’s modern style makes it a conversation piece almost immediately, and if you’re a sci-fi fan then it’s a must have!
